Free checklist: none. Your answers (city, foreign investment, employees, real-estate contribution) and your progress are stored only in your browser and never reach our servers.

Package purchase: the email you use at Wompi, your order reference and status, the package bought, the amount paid, and the Wompi transaction identifier. We never receive or store card numbers or banking credentials; Wompi handles those directly.

Your company details (after purchase): company name, city of domicile, corporate purpose, capital, and each shareholder's name, ID type and number and ownership percentage, plus the legal representative's name. You enter these in your dashboard to generate the draft bylaws.

Support: the emails you send us and their content.

Technical data: basic server logs and aggregated usage metrics (pages visited, country, device type) through Vercel Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify individuals.

To provide the service you bought: confirm your payment, create and give you access to your account, generate your documents and answer your questions.

To meet legal, accounting and tax obligations related to the sale.

To improve the site using aggregated, anonymous metrics.

We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising. We only send emails related to your purchase and account (access links, confirmations and replies to your questions).

Wompi (Bancolombia), to process payments; Neon, to host our database; Vercel, to host the site and measure usage in aggregate; Resend, to send transactional email; Sin Página, only if you buy the Lanzamiento package, to build your website. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security measures. Some host data outside Colombia (mainly in the United States); by accepting this policy you authorize that international transfer for the purposes described.

We share data with authorities only when a law or a legitimate order requires it.

We use a single technical session cookie (fz_session) to keep you signed in after using your access link. We use no advertising or tracking cookies. The free checklist uses your browser's local storage to remember your answers; you can clear it from your browser settings at any time.

Purchase and billing data is kept for as long as Colombian accounting and tax rules require. Your company details and documents are kept while your account exists so you can return to them. You can request deletion of your account at any time; we keep only what the law obliges us to retain.

As a data subject you have the right to know, update and rectify your data; to request proof of the authorization given; to be informed about how it has been used; to file complaints with the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio; to revoke authorization and request deletion where no legal or contractual duty to retain exists; and to access your data free of charge.

To exercise them, write to hola@formaliza.co from the email tied to your account. Queries are answered within ten (10) business days and claims within fifteen (15) business days, as set out in Law 1581 of 2012.

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), account access through expiring single-use links, encryption at rest by our providers, and restricted access to data. No system is infallible; if we detect an incident affecting your data we will notify you and report it to the authority where required.

The service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
